Koda is a spirited 10-month-old Lab mix weighing about 44.1 pounds. This lively young fellow was surrendered because his energy was a bit overwhelming for his previous owner. Koda needs a home where he can receive plenty of mental and physical activities as he grows. Though he's eager to learn, Koda hasn’t had much training yet and would thrive in a basic obedience class to refine his manners. He's known to jump on people and counter-surf, and he might rummage through the trash if left unwatched. Koda understands the command "sit," and he was kennel-trained, but he's still mastering potty training. He can be excitable around other dogs and children, and he may bark at strangers until he warms up to them. Proper introductions will help him feel comfortable.
