About Four
Four is a 5-year-old Husky and Pointer mix with a working dog's mindset and spirit. Having lived most of his life outdoors, he's accustomed to a tether, a dog house, and plenty of space to interact with canine neighbors. Four is always on the move and shines in activities that put his athletic build to use—sledding, mushing, even bikejoring. He’s friendly with both people and dogs, but compared to his brother, Four starts off a bit shy before warming up with time and patience. Playtime, meals, and opportunities to run make his day. He isn't house trained and will need someone ready to help him adjust if bringing him indoors. He’d thrive in a home that understands sled dogs and is prepared to offer secure outdoor housing and lots of active, enriching outlets. Four would likely love having another dog around and needs a fenced area if allowed off tether. The ideal adopter will be ready to engage his energy, working instincts, and keep him mentally occupied. Click apply and let the tail-wagging begin!
