About Finn
Finn is a delightful 3-year-old Labrador Retriever mix who is ready to find his forever home. He has had a challenging journey, having been hit by a car, which led to the amputation of his tail. After facing a tough situation with his previous adopter, Finn is now on the mend and learning to trust again. He is a bit nervous but is discovering that the world is not so frightening. A true cuddle bug, Finn thrives on affection and companionship, making him a velcro dog who loves being close to his humans. He's a bit selective with his dog friends and can be socially awkward at times, so he would benefit from a patient, confident canine companion and gradual introductions. Finn has been actively training in his foster home, learning to navigate the bustling world. He's getting used to the sights and sounds outside, including cars passing by, and he's mastering how to stay calm in his crate. Although he can be left for about five hours in a crate, he occasionally prefers to snack on his bed when given the chance. Pawlished Dog Training is supporting his progress, and his adopters will receive a free training lesson along with lifelong support. Finn would thrive in a foster-to-adopt situation, where he can smoothly transition into his new life with caring guidance.
