Being located in Fairbanks, AK, he has a playful and energetic personality that loves outdoor activities. Although Milo enjoys spending time with children and other dogs, he may be too rambunctious for some cats.
About Milo
Meet Milo, a playful 1-year-old husky mix weighing close to 70 lbs. He arrived at the shelter as a stray from Chickaloon, thanks to a microchip that helped us uncover some of his past. Unfortunately, his previous owner had to rehome him due to their child’s allergies and lost contact with the new family. Milo thrives on outdoor adventures, especially when water is involved. He’s a big sweetheart, though he can get overly excited—sometimes leading to a little piddling. He enjoys playing with children and gets along with other dogs, but his rough play style can be too much for some cats. While he has had some chewing issues in the past, he now focuses on his toys, and he’s housebroken too. Milo can be a bit vocal when in his kennel and will happily dig into the trash if given the chance. If you think you can keep up with this energetic lovebug, give us a call!
