Muffin, affectionately called Lil' Love Muffin, is a delightful 10-pound Miniature Schnauzer mix with a playful spirit and a curious mindset. Rescued from the southwest, she charms everyone she meets with her adorable antics and warm demeanor. Muffin has a sweet initial shyness that quickly fades as she explores her surroundings, usually focusing on everything with her inquisitive mouth. Given her playful nature, she thrives in a home with older children who can appreciate her energetic curiosity. Living with a small Cavalier foster sister, Muffin gets along well with other dogs, making her a sociable companion. While she might whimper a bit when left alone, she soon settles down, asking little in return for all the joy she brings. With her cozy white fur on her legs, which looks like little socks, she’s just too cute to resist. Her routine includes meals twice a day, plenty of treats, daily walks, and lots of playtime. Muffin is getting braver on the streets of NYC and loves running at the dog park. Although she's working on her potty and crate training, she needs a patient adopter to continue guiding her with positive reinforcement and, of course, treats. She'll thrive as either an only pet or with another canine buddy. An apartment lifestyle suits her well, but what's most important is having a devoted human to be her shadow.
