About Freddie
Meet Freddie! This charming little guy is about 2-3 years old and weighs around 10 pounds. Known as a tiny schnauzer wannabe, he was surrendered along with another dog due to housing issues. While he’s suspected to be a rat terrier mix, he definitely has the loving eyes reminiscent of a schnauzer. Freddie is a bit timid and panics easily, particularly when it comes to leashes and outdoor adventures. It seems he hasn't had much socialization or exposure to the outside world, having likely been kept crated in an apartment. Freddie enjoys meeting other dogs but values his own eating space. A canine sister could greatly help boost his confidence. Housebreaking may take some extra patience; he won’t settle in immediately and will need time to feel comfortable. Beneath his fearful demeanor, there’s a sweet and loving dog just waiting to shine. If you're interested in giving Freddie a loving home, reach out via email to njwoof@cs.com. He’s currently in Oak Ridge, NJ, in a foster home, and all meetings are arranged through email as we do not hold in-person events right now. Let’s help him find the family he deserves.
