About Leopaw

Leopaw arrived at ACCT Philly as an owner surrender on May 1st after 2.5 years with his family. This affectionate boy is on the hunt for a new home where he can shine. With his gentle nature and laid-back personality, Leopaw greets people with a wiggly body and soft eyes, leaning into pets and back scratches like they’re pure joy. Staff and volunteers call him an “easy dog,” highlighting how simple he is to leash, walk, and handle. He enjoys strolls on a loose leash, takes treats gently, and knows how to sit while staying close to his people. But don’t let his calm demeanor fool you; Leopaw also has a playful side. He loves toys, chases after balls, and will break into cheerful zoomies when feeling particularly loved. His previous owner noted his love for snacks, being outdoors, and spending time with family. He’s crate trained and familiar with commands, and has shown friendly interest in other dogs, displaying calm curiosity during interactions. Having communicated in Spanish, he might respond well to familiar Spanish cues in his new home. After leaving the only home he’s known, Leopaw is eager to find a family that appreciates his loving heart and sweet personality. Ready to meet this lovable boy?
