Meet PB, a 7-year-old Miniature Schnauzer with a friendly, people-oriented personality and a sweet, easygoing presence. PB enjoys being around her humans and is happiest when she's included in the day-to-day rhythm of family life. She likes food and is treat-motivated, but she often prefers something even better-soaking in love and attention from her people. PB is affectionate and enjoys gentle interaction, leaning into pets and companionship whenever she gets the chance. PB also gets along well with other dogs and can enjoy their company, making her a nice candidate for a home with canine companions. ------ Before being rescued, many of our dogs had limited socialization, so they may need some time to adjust to life as a family pet. Older kids are often a great fit for our dogs, and homes with younger children will be considered based on each dog's individual needs. Skills like house training and leash walking may take a little extra patience and practice. However, with understanding and a gentle hand, most of these dogs adapt quite quickly.
