About Gracie
Everyone could use a little Grace. Gracie is a 9-month-old Miniature Schnauzer mix with a black wire coat and a heart that genuinely stands out. At around 22 pounds, she’s an ideal size for snuggling or tagging along on new adventures. Fetch is her favorite game, though she’ll drop it in a second for a soft toy or the chance to throw her paws around your shoulders for one of her signature “hugs.” She’s already spayed, current on vaccinations, and house trained. Kennel training is going well, and her leash skills improve every day. Gracie is confident riding in the car and keeps things peaceful—she rarely barks and isn’t the type to lick your face off. Instead, she prefers cuddling up close and quietly bonding with her people. She runs and explores the yard with her own little obstacle courses, but inside, she’s gentle and affectionate. Gracie gets along well with children and other dogs, making her a fantastic choice for families. She would thrive in a home where she can be included in daily life, get lots of affection, and have a yard to sprint around. Minimal shedding means you can spend less time worrying about clean-up and more time sharing the couch. Anyone adopting Gracie will need to travel to Mead, Colorado for a meet-and-greet, as she can’t be transported. What are you waiting for? Apply today!
