Rex (approximately 63 pounds) was transferred to the NHSPCA from an overcrowded shelter in Texas. He is super handsome, very friendly, and extremely exuberant about life. Whether he is romping around our fenced in play yard with a toy or desperately trying to figure out exactly how you want him to stand on scale for his vet appointment (hint: it is NOT with your body hovering over the scale and all four feet somehow off the scale, LOL!), Rex's silly antics will bring a smile to your face. Rex shared his previous home with two other young male dogs, and the boys reportedly got along very well. As a young Shepherd who has had plenty of socialization but very little training, Rex is going to need someone ready & willing to put time into helping him grow into his best self.
