MINA, 2 weeks old at intake, is a domestic short hair kitten taken in with her 3 littermates on 3/20/26. Their momma abandoned them in a shop wall. While they received excellent care from a foster, Dreama, 3 of the babies passed within the first week. Dreama says Mina's a spitfire running around the house one minute and the next she's snuggling up close to you, ready for a nap. Mina has a great motor, even in new surroundings. She'd been returned to the shelter just a few hours before her photos and with just a few pets, Mina was purring strong! She also gave me a little sass when I tried to get her to stand sideways to capture her nub tail in profile. Mina preferred to show her full rear end, eventually hissing at me for changing her direction. She's independent, playful, loving and cuddly. How can anyone resist her? Mina's adoption fee is $85 and helps cover the cost of her spay, vaccinations, worming, monthly flea and heart worm preventive, microchip and care while at CCHS.
