About Miss Diva

Start your journey together! Apply now. At just 12 weeks old upon intake, Miss Diva is a remarkable domestic short hair tabby who has already proven herself to be a true survivor, coming to the shelter as the only remaining kitten from a litter of six. Calm, sweet, and quiet, Miss Diva is not overly outgoing nor particularly shy—she lands comfortably in the middle, happily lounging in her favorite loaf position or sitting forward to take in her surroundings. After some time spent with livelier kitten companions, she's starting to open up and show her playful side. Miss Diva is affectionate and loves gentle petting, while never being needy or demanding. With her soft brown tabby and white coloring, short coat, and an adorable naturally shortened tail (though she is not a bobtail or a manx), she is truly unique. Miss Diva's adoption includes her spay, up-to-date vaccinations, monthly flea and tick prevention, deworming, FIV/FeLV tests, and a microchip, ensuring she’ll be healthy and ready for her new home. You’ll find her waiting to be adored at the Clay County Humane Society. This could be the start of something paw-some.
