LEMON is a 4 year old domestic short hair Tabby taken in as a lost, injured cat on 11/2/25. Found under a truck, she was dragging her back legs as she attempted to walk. With cage rest, Lemon's mobility has improved dramatically. She sits, stands and walks normally. Very private, The first few months in care, Lemon spent most of her time snuggled in her cozy, cat cave. She'd venture out later in the day, but retreated when strangers were present. Just as Lemon's mobility has improved, her confidence among us has also grown, albeit more slowly. She has a fantastic purr and loves being petted. Hoping Lemon continues to blossom in her courage as she's so endearing. Her adoption fee is $70 and helps cover the cost of her spay, vaccinations, worming, monthly flea and heart worm preventive, FIV/FeLV tests, microchip and care while at CCHS.
