About Cleo
Cleo is a spunky senior beagle weighing about 20 lbs, who’s been inseparable from her best friend Moses. She’s 10 years old but keeps her youthful spark—fetch and backyard explorations are still some of her favorite activities. Her playful streak comes out best with a family who has children or an adult household that appreciates an energetic companion. For Cleo, a large, secure yard is ideal for letting off steam. She does well with kids and other dogs, but she hasn't been tested with cats or small animals. Cleo feels happiest when her people are around and doesn't love being left alone for long periods, so a home where someone is present most of the time will suit her best. She’s spayed, microchipped, and her vaccinations are current. Cleo has a medical condition that will need some ongoing attention. She’s loving, loyal, and looking for a family ready to adopt both her and her friend Moses. Her sun sign is Scorpio—expect a strong will and lots of heart. Please be ready to bring Cleo home within a reasonable timeframe, as foster space is limited. Rescue dogs sometimes need patience to settle in, but Cleo is ready for her next chapter. Let’s make it official, apply to adopt!
