About Juan Carlos
Juan Carlos was rescued with a dozen relatives after being left behind at a church in Whittier, California. Despite this rough start, he clearly came from a home that cared for him, and heās carried himself with quiet dignity ever since. Now in foster care, Juan Carlos is enjoying the comforts he deservesāespecially his favorite canned food, which he tucks into with real enthusiasm. This gentle, reserved Egyptian Mau/Tabby mix is now about three years old and sports a short, plush tabby coat with striking spots and patches of white. He can be shy at first, preferring to observe before jumping into play, but give him a toy and his sassy side starts to peek through. Once comfortable, heās affectionate, calm, and willing to show just how sweet and endearing he can be. Juan Carlos gets along well with other cats and appears genuinely curious about dogs, though he hasnāt lived with them. He hasnāt been around young children, so a calmer home would probably suit him best. At heart, heās looking for a family that appreciates a quiet, slightly mischievous companion who loves gentle attention and values routine comforts. Born December 19, Juan Carlos is a Sagittariusāa sign known for their adventurous and charming spirit. Juan Carlos is fully vetted, neutered, vaccinated, and house trained. Heās currently at a foster home in Hemet, CA and ready for his next chapter. They are waiting with paws crossed! Apply now!
