About Julian
Julian’s story started at a church parking lot where he and a dozen relatives were abandoned in carriers. Despite that tough beginning, he has kept a resilient, gentle spirit. He’s a young, medium-sized Egyptian Mau/tabby mix who takes a minute to warm up but quickly reveals a mix of playful enthusiasm and quiet affection. With his classic tabby pattern and big, intent eyes, Julian looks for soft places to nap and toys to chase. He’s partial to canned food, isn’t afraid to state his preferences with a purr or meow, and overall brings a charming low-key presence to the room. He’s friendly but reserved, comfortable with other cats and content to hang out near them rather than being the center of attention. Julian’s cornea sustained a scratch before his rescue, but it doesn’t slow him down or affect his sight. He has not been around young children or dogs, but his curiosity about dogs suggests he may adapt. Julian would thrive in a patient, calm home that values both independent and affectionate feline company. He’s fully vetted, neutered, up to date on vaccinations, and ready for a place to call home in Hemet, CA. Fun fact—Julian is a Sagittarius, known for their adventurous and curious ways.
