Acorn was rescued after being found running on a busy street and is now safely enjoying his time with his rescuers. This sweet and social boy adores adventures, loves to explore, and thrives on human companionship. Whether he's chasing toys or hanging out with people, his playful spirit shines through. Acorn is dog-friendly, but his reaction to cats is currently unknown. He would be best suited for a family with children aged 7 or older. A totally enclosed, physically fenced yard is required for Acorn's forever home to ensure he can run, play, and safely enjoy time with his people. He is neutered, up to date on vaccinations, on heartworm prevention, and crate-trained. Acorn is progressing well with potty training and can't wait to celebrate the holidays in a loving home. To make sure each adoption is a great fit, all dogs stay in rescue care until their forever families are found—same-day adoptions are not offered. A home visit is required, and adopters must live within an hour of Birmingham, MI. If you have other dogs or cats, introductions will be arranged to ensure compatibility.
