About Cory

Cory is a gentle, easygoing hound mix who’s come a long way from his early days of shyness. At about a year old, he radiates a happy, relaxed vibe once he’s comfortable—always ready for a walk, a scratch behind the ears, or just tagging along as you move through the day. He does well on leash and truly enjoys any adventure outside, especially if it means spending time with people he trusts. Cory has found his confidence around new friends. He gets along with other dogs and cats, and makes an effort to connect with anyone who greets him warmly. While he’s not yet house trained, his affectionate, social personality and eagerness to please make him a great candidate to settle into a loving home where patience and a bit of routine can help him thrive. Cory is waiting for a home where he can keep exploring, playing, and growing into the loyal companion he’s meant to be. Click apply and let the tail-wagging begin!
