Annabelle’s adoption fee is paid! She is a “Reba’s Rescue Pick” courtesy of Lynette at Two Gals & A Broom in NKC. Annabelle is an approximately 1-year-old Hound mix with a buttery-soft coat (approximate DOB 2/2025). She is lovely to look at, and whenever someone pets her, we hear nothing but “ooohs” and “aaahhhs.” Seriously, she is unbelievably soft! This beauty arrived at FOPAS following many changes in her life. She was terrified. Thanks to the TLC of our volunteers, our girl is blossoming into a curious, friendly, energetic companion. She is eager to be a part of a forever family who will give her the attention she so deserves. Annabelle loves people, is playful with most other dogs, and enjoys long walks and playing in the yard with her stuffed toys. Our girl is eager to be your loyal companion. The fact is, Annabelle has a bit of FOMO. She craves human interaction and is eager to join in whatever her people are doing. That said, she also calmly settles in her crate with a Benebone Bacon-Flavor Wishbone Chew (her personal favorite). Our volunteers are working with her on leash skills and no jumping. For these reasons, no small children for Annabelle; her complete joy around people could mean she accidentally topples a little one.
