He can be your one-and-only with no problem, but he can also do well with other cats and kittens given a proper, slow introduction—he just likes a little time to settle in and figure things out. Your kitten will be up to date on appropriate vaccinations by adoption day, but please keep in mind that kittens require multiple routine vet visits throughout the course of their first year.
