About Honey
Click apply to start the adoption process. Meet Honey! This sweet little beagle girl embodies a resilient spirit and incredible gentleness. She faced a tough beginning to the year when she was hit by a car, but thanks to caring individuals, Honey was able to receive immediate veterinary care and then transitioned to the comfort of a loving foster home. Since arriving in foster care, Honey has been resting and adjusting, awaiting further medical evaluation for her leg and hip fracture. After additional X-rays, her veterinary team continues to explore the best treatment plan, and she remains under close observation. Throughout all of this, Honey’s gentle disposition remains unchanged—you’ll find her loving, patient, and always hopeful. Honey is estimated to be about 7 years old and weighs 24.8 pounds. She has tested negative on her 4DX test and continues to receive lots of affection and careful monitoring as she heals. As her recovery progresses, updates on her medical care will be provided. Please note: this rescue is foster-based and unable to hold dogs for delayed adoptions due to travel or scheduling. Adopters should be ready to welcome their new companion within a reasonable timeframe. Every rescue dog may need time and patience to decompress; they seek understanding, not perfection, and they are simply looking for a second chance. As a fun astrological note, Honey’s birthday falls under the sign of Aquarius, known for unique spirits and loving hearts—traits Honey certainly embodies. Give them the home they have been waiting for. Apply today.
