This tiny girl has blossomed into a gentle, loving, and quietly playful companion who just wants to be near her people and soak up the good life. Once Sage picks you, you're her person. She'll happily follow you from room to room, curl up beside you on the couch, and keep you company all day long. She's the kind of dog who forms a deep, loyal bond—and it's really special. She's also incredibly easy to have in the home—100% pee pad trained, respectful, and low-maintenance. Sage gets along beautifully with dogs, cats, and kids, and would absolutely love a home with a confident, friendly dog sibling to help show her the ropes and keep her company. Sage has a soft, sweet personality with a touch of playful curiosity—she enjoys being part of whatever you're doing, whether that's lounging, puttering around the apartment, or just hanging out together. She had a little separation anxiety when she first arrived (understandably!), but she's adjusted beautifully and is now much more comfortable on her own. Because of her past, Sage can still be a bit sensitive to sudden movements or unfamiliar objects (brooms are her nemesis!), but she continues to gain confidence every day. All she needs is a patient, loving home that will let her move at her own pace and continue to show her how safe and happy life can be.
