About Max
Give them the home they have been waiting for. Apply today. Meet Max, an adorable 2-year-old schnauzer mix with a striking gray and white medium-length coat. At only 20 pounds, this sweet boy is searching for a forever home that truly matches his needs. Previously, Max lived in a loving home with another dog and children, but the constant activity made him very nervous and he spent much of his time hiding. Recognizing that an active home was not ideal, his prior family sought a quieter environment where Max could truly thrive. Max is housebroken, knows how to use the doggie door and steps, and absolutely delights in his toys and car rides. He is looking for a tranquil, child-free home with a physical fence where he can run safely. Max would be happiest with another playful dog around his age to keep him company. He will do best in a gentle, low-stress household that can offer him patience, understanding, and the companionship he deserves. They are waiting with paws crossed! Apply now!
