About Buzz
Buzz is ready for his next chapter. He started out painfully shy, keeping his distance from people after weathering a brutal winter outside under a porch. During those tough weeks, the comfort of another dog was his only source of warmth and safety. That experience shaped Buzz — he’s always happiest with another dog around and truly lights up in canine company. Now safe, Buzz finds himself adapting to a slower pace. His original companion is gone, but with patient work from a trainer, he’s learned that not all people are scary. What’s changed? Buzz now welcomes gentle handling, craves affection, and is discovering the joy of being loved. He’s quick to cuddle, even sinking into disappointment if the snuggling stops too soon. The right home for Buzz will know how to take things slow. He needs someone patient and gentle, ready to let him adjust on his schedule. It’s best if there’s another steady, friendly dog around who can help show Buzz the ropes and boost his growing confidence. While new environments can still spook him, Buzz learns fast with the right support. He’s already demonstrated so much bravery — now he just needs a person to help him finish his transformation into the confident, loving dog he’s meant to be. Lets make it official, apply to adopt!
