About Riverdance Ruffles

Riverdance Ruffles A182649 38 lb. spayed female, approx 5 years old -Looking for the perfect mix of playful energy and snuggly sweetheart? You just found her! -This lovely lady walks beautifully on leash and enjoys taking her time to sniff and explore the world around her. She may be potty trained (though a new home always comes with new routines), and she handled her outdoor time like a pro. -The second you sit down? She's on her way. She'll gently hop into your lap, deliver the softest little kisses, and happily soak up all the pets you're willing to give. Stop the snuggles and stand up? Cue the zoomies! She'll take off in a burst of joyful laps, showing off her happy, playful side before trotting right back for more love. -Inside, she has one main goal: become your personal weighted blanket. She'll climb right into your lap and roll over dramatically for belly rubs, as if to say, "Yes, this is exactly where I belong." More kisses included, of course. -She's food motivated and already knows how to sit (with a touch of adorable impatience). She takes treats gently, though she may do a little excited creep or tiny hop toward the snacks -- she just can't help herself. Life is exciting and treats are amazing! -She's medium to high energy when it's playtime, but she also settles beautifully and is more than happy to lounge like a couch potato when it's time to relax. Toys aren't really her thing right now -- she'd much rather invest her energy in you. -If you're looking for a dog who will explore the yard by day and claim your lap by night, she's ready to make herself right at home. 💗 -Seems non reactive to dogs nearby and may do well living with a fur sibling after slow and proper intros Unknown behavior with dogs/cats/kids *Meet all of our adoptable pets on our website friendsofdacc.org/adopt *Please keep in mind that the shelter can be a very stressful environment. *Studies show that a minimum of 3 days decompression drastically lower stress hormones and allow the dog to show more personality after they have settled in. *There is a suggested donation of $100 for our dogs, payable by cash, check or through paypal at the time of the adoption. *To meet them please go to front door and a DACC staff member will assist you with adoption or fostering. **And when coming to meet one of our dogs, please bring all the humans with you, but leave any current dogs at home. Staff will go over how to slowly and properly introduce them after a decompression period.** *The shelter is open 7 days a week from 10:30-5:30 **1431 E Ferry St. Detroit
