Stannis A183439 49 lb. neutered male, approx 2 years old -Can you say "handsome"?! -He started off nervous and shy but is already making huge strides! Day by day he's gaining confidence! -Initially walks were very slow as everything seems to make him nervous. Bins in the hallway made him pause as well as unknown corners. Outside he slowly wandered and sniffed. After just a couple days working with him he is now bouncing with enthusiasm! (New things still make him pause, but once he trusts his human he can deal with the unknowns) -Inside I sat on the floor and there was no hesitation and he curled right up into my lap! He is so very sweet and gentle. He loves pets and snuggles! -He will sit for treats but either isn't super food motivated or didn't like the kind I had. He does take them nicely though. -He perked up briefly when I brought out a toy but he never played. Over the course of a few days he has shown more of a playful side waiting to emerge! Some play bows and pounces.
