Meet Princesa, a senior lady with a sweet demeanor and as you can see from her pictures, a smile that will warm your soul! Unfortunately, she came to the rescue heartworm positive, but she was such a trooper and finished her treatment while staying her happy, loving self. Now Princesa is ready to start her new life with a family to love her. She is a true princess, with a gentle nature and so very connecting, she just wants to be close to you. She can be a little submissive though, so her adopter needs to know how to assert themselves as a leader she can rely on and have shepherd experience. Princesa is very engaged with you and just craving affection and reassurance. She also already knows sit and has a solid recall. She will need a home where any children are at least 8 years old and may prefer a quieter, more predictable type home to match her personality. Princesa is looking for a family to call her own, where she can be the center of attention and showered with all the love and care she deserves.
