About Os Whiskey

They are ready to love you; are you ready to apply? Whiskey is a 10-month-old neutered male Great Pyrenees who is searching for a special home where he can truly thrive. This gentle giant weighs about 100 pounds and is currently living with his owner, needing an experienced handler ready to provide structure and training. Whiskey is fully housebroken, leash trained, and described as a house dog who enjoys indoor living. He absolutely loves playing with balls, squeaky toys, and snuggling up for cuddles, and he's also friendly at the vet. Whiskey will do best in a home without other dogs, as he needs slow introductions and is not currently comfortable around them. He chases cats, and has shown some food aggression and occasional aggression when corrected. When left alone, Whiskey becomes anxious and can be destructive, so a family ready to work patiently with him is essential. He is not crate trained but will respond well to a home that understands the unique needs and temperament of the Great Pyrenees breed. If you are ready for a devoted companion and have experience with strong, sensitive dogs, consider making Whiskey part of your family. What are you waiting for? Apply today!
