About Millie
Start your journey together! Apply now. When Millie was being rehomed, it seemed she might step into a working role, possibly as a Livestock Guardian Dog (LGD). However, Millie made it clear that her heart is set on becoming a beloved family pet rather than taking up her former job. Instead of dutifully keeping watch over goats and sheep, she prefers running and playing alongside them, often trying to rally the other LGDs into fun and games. Millie is ready to retire young from working life and eagerly seeks a future filled with affection and pampering. She is incredibly sweet and loving, and you'll be hard-pressed to find a more affectionate companion. Millie will benefit from guidance as she adjusts to life as a house dog and looks forward to long, leashed walks for both exercise and adventure. With a bit of patience and love, you'll discover what a true gem she is, ready to shine bright in her new home. Currently being fostered in Southern Utah, Millie can't wait to find her forever family. They are waiting with paws crossed! Apply now!
