About Miss Lucy

Miss Lucy has survived more hardship than most can imagine. She spent far too long outside, tethered around the clock, and endured the loss of her only companion—a Pyrenees friend who was killed by a car. Grieving and confused, Lucy ran off in search of him, leading to scuffles with unfamiliar dogs, which turned her world even more upside down. When her previous owner had had enough, Lucy landed in the shelter at risk of losing her life. Thankfully, she found her way to rescue instead of euthanasia. After living with a gentle foster brother, Lucy made it clear she sometimes prefers a bit of personal space and now enjoys the quieter rhythm of an only-dog foster home in Bountiful, UT. She has been spayed and is up to date on all her vaccinations. Lucy gets along with cats and is reliably house trained. With time and patience, she’s finding her footing again. Ready to fall in love?
