Delia is ready for her forever home. Delia has worked hard to become the calm, steady, loving dog she is today, and it truly shows. She is now ready for a home where she can finally settle in and be someone’s heart dog. She has a gentle, nurturing nature and does beautifully with both dogs and kids. In her foster home, she lovingly grooms her foster brother and often lays with him in a protective, caring way. She is not a rough or rambunctious player, so she would do best as an only dog or with a calm, submissive dog who respects her space and energy. Delia is potty trained, crate trained, and generally very respectful in the home. She knows her basic commands, takes treats gently, and is calm and thoughtful in her interactions. She is affectionate without being demanding and enjoys being near her people without needing to be on top of them. She would love a home where someone has the time and presence to share daily life with her. Delia brings a peaceful, grounding energy into a home. She is not chaotic or high maintenance; she is steady, loyal, and deeply loving once she feels safe. Adoption is $275, which includes spay/neuter at our vet, vaccines, dewormer, microchip, and clean bill of health.
