About Han
Make their next chapter their best one yet. This absolutely precious senior guy is Han, a 13-year-old male husky mix who arrived at the shelter with nine other dogs after a history of neglect. Though he spent his life outdoors, Han is now seeking a loving indoor home where he can fully enjoy the warmth, treats, and attention he deserves. Overflowing with gentleness and love, Han also delights in sharing his 'husky talk', especially when asked to return to his kennel. It's clear he's still adjusting, but he's embracing every new comfort with enthusiasm. Despite some common hip issues for his age, the vet finds Han to be healthy overall, and he still has plenty of playful energy for walks and snowy romps. Though a bit underweight at just over 46 pounds, Han is gradually gaining weight thanks to good food and care. He dreams of a home that will cherish him, join in his joyous play, and offer cozy afternoons for naps. Every animal deserves a happy ending. This one starts with you.
