About Lulce
Lulce is a 13-year-old male husky mix who spent much of his life outdoors, arriving at HOPE Animal Shelter with several others from a neglect situation. He’s looking for an indoor home where he’ll be treated like family. Lulce is gentle and affectionate, the type who leans in for attention and seems happiest just being near his people. Despite his age, you’ll still see a spunky, playful side to him, especially when there’s snow involved. He's underweight at the moment but putting on pounds since coming to the shelter. While his hips are a bit stiff—a typical issue for his age—he’s still active and ready for strolls, and he handles his lump with ease (the vet will x-ray it during his neuter, but right now, it doesn’t seem urgent). Lulce gets along well with other dogs and is patient with kids. He’s house trained, sweet-natured, and really just wants to be part of a loving home, curled up inside where he belongs.
