Please let us introduce Little Dude! This darling 5 month old, 27 pound boy is very friendly, affectionate, and ready for his forever home! Little Dude and his sister were abandoned on a country road. Thankfully, they popped out of the woods in time to be scooped up by a Good Samaritan and they are now receiving lots of TLC in foster care. Little Dude had an injured eye when he was found and, sadly, that eye couldn't be saved, but that doesn't stop him from totally enjoying life. This pup has never met a stranger. He loves to cuddle and give big wet kisses. He gets along with the dogs that lives in his foster home. When it comes to his chew toys, though, he prefers to keep those to himself...lol. He's fine around cats and would very much like to play with them, but they're not interested in engaging.. . Little Dude's ancestry is a best guess. We think he may be a mix of hound (possibly Mountain Cur) and some type of terrier. Whatever his breed, he sure is a cutie! At this age, he will need ongoing help with house, crate and leash training, but he's an out-going, happy, people-pleasing pup who will learn the house rules quickly Though there are no children in Little Dude's foster home, considering his delightfully sweet nature, we think he'll be a great addition to a family with kids old enough to respect puppy boundaries. Little Dude is spayed, microchipped and up to date on vaccinations. He is ready and waiting to bring his unconditional love to his forever family.
