Tula is currently located in Guerrero, Mexico. She’s come through some tough times—a stray life on the streets of Zihuatanejo left her with broken front bones and a shaky start, but none of it stopped her. After her rescue, she got the care she needed and just kept surprising everyone with how resilient and open-hearted she became. Now, she bounds around the shelter, loves to play, and flashes a toothy grin at anyone who visits. Tula is medium-energy overall. She’ll dig into playtime with real delight, but she also knows how to settle down and soak up affection. She’s the first to greet visitors with happy bounces, big tail wags, and gentle cuddles—no reserve or hesitation. She clicks with other dogs, plays with fair energy, and listens to the needs of her buddies. Around kids, she’s gentle; she often hangs out with a seven-year-old and fits in easily. Tula hasn’t been cat-tested, but the team can check that if needed. She is fully vaccinated and spayed, and she’s ready to attach herself wholeheartedly to her new people.
