About Tula
Make their next chapter their best one yet. Currently located in Guerrero, Mexico. Tula’s journey has been nothing short of extraordinary. Once found on the streets of Zihuatanejo in dire condition—pregnant, starving, and struggling with multiple broken bones—she has experienced a remarkable transformation thanks to the compassion of her rescuers. From a shy and reserved soul, Tula has blossomed into a happy, bouncy, and loving companion. Her healing has been remarkable, though high-impact activities like running or agility are not recommended for her. Tula enjoys playing and racing with her canine friends and is always up for an adventure at the shelter. She thrives on playtime, but her overall energy level is moderate, making her a perfect balance between active and relaxed. Tula’s love for people is truly special. She eagerly greets visitors, offers big smiles and tail wags, and loves to snuggle in every way she can. Affectionate and outgoing, she delights in face licks and cuddles, never shying away from showing how much she adores her humans. She’s also gentle and sweet with children, as shown by her bond with the shelter owner’s young daughter. Well-socialized with other dogs, Tula plays fairly and adapts well to the group’s dynamics. She hasn’t been tested with cats but could be introduced if needed. Fully vaccinated, spayed, and now healthy both physically and emotionally, Tula is ready for a loving home. She’s the type of dog who will bond quickly and bring instant joy and love to her new family. Fun fact: With a birthday on September 23, Tula is a Libra—a sign known for harmony and charm, just like her! Ready to fall in love? Hit apply and lets get started.
