About Otis

At about 2 years old, Otis is fully healed and ready to move on from his past. He thrives with active people who can keep up with his energyāhe loves running, playing, and swimming. Otis is social, friendly with other dogs and people, but can be nervous around raised voices or unfamiliar hands, likely a holdover from rougher times.
