About Skye

Fluffy as a cloud and loaded with personality, Skye finds her way into the heart of any room. Despite her small size, she never goes unnoticed—she’ll march right up, meowing to announce her arrival and ask for some attention. Curiosity drives her; she wants to know everything happening around her and is always eager to "help" with whatever you do. Skye is playful and can flip from cuddler to tiny hunter in seconds, especially when a mouse toy is involved. She’ll even surprise her buddy Brooke with little pounces. Her love of crunchy dry treats is pure and consistent. Outgoing and chatty, she’s happiest when near her humans, right in the middle of the action. She’s open to adoption either alone, with her friend Brooke, or into a home with other FeLV+ cats. She does well with older, patient children and would benefit from starting in a single room until she acclimates. She is about two years old, spayed, microchipped, dewormed, vaccinated, flea-treated, and tested FIV negative but FeLV positive (progressive). While FeLV doesn’t currently slow her down, it can affect her immune system, so regular vet care is key. If you want an affectionate, playful companion, Skye (or Skye and Brooke) is ready to step into that role. Click apply and let the tail-wagging begin!
