About Breezy

Meet Breezy, a gentle-hearted pit bull terrier who’s survived far more than most dogs ever will. After fending for herself and mothering litter after litter on the streets of north Tulsa, she was finally rescued by a caring neighbor. Despite her best efforts, Breezy couldn’t shield her puppies from harsh conditions, but she did everything in her power to keep them alive until people stepped in. Her puppies have now all found new futures, and Breezy has been spayed so her mothering days are officially over. She’s patiently begun her heartworm treatment, which will take at least a couple of months and requires a calm, stable home for recovery. Breezy might be reserved at first, but once she trusts you, she’s all about affection—happiest curled in a lap, eager for attention, handing out gentle kisses. She adjusts quickly, taking her cues from the people around her and maintaining a quiet, respectful presence even among noisy surroundings. Breezy is fully house trained and well-mannered, just waiting for a family or a soft couch to finally call her own. She gets along well with children, and whoever brings her home will find a loyal, loving companion ready for the peaceful future she’s earned. Ready to meet your new best friend? Apply now!
