About Remmy
Ready to meet your new best friend? Apply now! Remmy is a happy, playful, and sweet German Shepherd/Husky mix who weighs around 60 pounds and is about 4 years old. Sporting a gorgeous medium-length apricot and black coat, she thrives in a loving foster home in Sacramento. Remmy is healthy, up to date on her rabies and distemper/parvo vaccines, and loves to cuddle. This affectionate girl is outgoing and friendly, warmly greeting both visitors and new friends outside. She has shown herself to be good with other dogs and even did well with a cat while in care. With her gentle temperament, she's a wonderful candidate for a family with children. Remmy is house trained and crate trained, making her a joy to have around the house. She sleeps comfortably in her crate and stays there when her foster family is away. Remmy has received some basic obedience training and enjoys showing off tricks like 'play dead.' She’s eager to please but may pull a bit on her leash during walks; however, she is not reactive to other dogs she encounters. Toy time is another one of her favorite pastimes! Remmy’s journey began when she was adopted at one and a half years old, and after a life change for her previous owner, she’s now seeking her forever home. There is no adoption fee for Remmy, but her adopter must spay her within 90 days. A $300 refundable deposit is required, returned upon confirmation of her spay. Give this sweet, loyal girl the loving home she deserves—she’s sure to bring joy and companionship to any family. Lets make it official, apply to adopt!
