About Slim

Slim is a charming 1-year-2-month-old Aussie mix weighing in at a bit over 54 pounds. After returning to the shelter, he’s now looking for a home where he can thrive. Slim is known to be an eager little guy who loves to explore—his previous owner mentioned that a fenced-in yard would be ideal to keep him safe while he plays. He’s housebroken and will often lie by the door when he needs to go outside. Slim understands basic commands and has a joyful habit of jumping up to greet people. Friendly and cheerful, he gets along well with both dogs and cats, making him a great candidate for a loving family. It's important to remember, however, that introductions should be slow and controlled for success. Slim is ready for a home full of structure and training—if you think you can be the right fit for him, let us know!
