About Available for Adoption Troy
Troy is a friendly, easy-going boy who loves meeting new people, including men, women, and children. With plenty of tail wags and gentle hugs, he shows affection in a sweet way, wrapping his paws around you and resting his head against you. Social and playful, he enjoys spending time with his three resident dog friends and is comfortable making new connections. In foster care, Troy has proven to be a well-behaved companion who knows commands like "sit" and has good recall while playing outside. Heβs potty trained and has shown he can be trusted with free roam of the house. While he loves his toys and playtime, he can also relax and chill after a day of fun. Troy enjoys being outdoors and requires a fenced yard to ensure his safety, especially since he loves exploring. Although he can be a bit mischievous when it comes to counter surfing, he is easily redirected. Health-wise, Troy is neutered, microchipped, and up to date on vaccinations with no known medical issues. As he hails from Greece, potential adopters will need to commit to annual testing for leishmaniasis, a procedure that can be arranged through any vet. Overall, Troy is affectionate, social, and has a charming personality that makes him a great addition to any family. He thrives on love and companionship, and he would benefit from a home where he can be part of daily life. This could be the start of something paw-some.
