About Rascal
FOSTER | FOSTER-TO-ADOPT NEEDED Meet Rascal, an estimated 9-month-old female Labrador Mastiff mix with a beautiful chocolate coat and soulful eyes. We rescued her from a property overwhelmed with over 90 dogs and several recent litters. At about 65 lbs and still growing, Rascal is adjusting well to her new surroundings. She has displayed no aggressive tendencies toward people and has lived harmoniously with many other dogs. Her playful side shines through especially when she interacts with her buddy Philo, who also came from the same property. Rascal faced challenges upon her arrival, including an extensive dental procedure to remove four teeth due to an old jaw fracture caused by blunt force trauma. Despite this, she's shown remarkable resilience and affection toward everyone she meets. She's social but not dominant, thrives in crate training, and shows no signs of resource guarding. Rascal needs an adopter who has large breed experience to help guide her in her foster journey. More details will unfold as she continues to decompress in her new environment. Your new best friend is just one click away.
