Alexander and his siblings started life in harsh conditions in rural Oklahoma, but he hasnāt let a rough start dull his spark. Now thriving in a foster home, Alexander is a 2-year-old large mixed-breed pup with Hound and Labrador Retriever roots. He can be a little shy at first, but with patience, he happily soaks up affection, treats, and plenty of cuddle time. His leash skills have come a long way, and heās house trained. Water is one of his favorite things, and he loves playing with other dogs. Alexander would do best with someone who has large-breed experience and a securely fenced yard, but heās adapting well to apartment life with enough exercise and outings. A playful resident dog would be a bonus, but heās also content as a solo pet so long as he gets regular canine social time. He gets along with both kids and dogs, which broadens his adoption possibilities.
