About Finn

Finn is a wonderful dog who was surrendered to the shelter after his owners lost their home. Fortunately, he found his way to our rescue, where he can now search for his forever family. This two-year-old, 70-pound retriever/shepherd mix truly embodies the best traits of his breedsโ€”he's smart, friendly, and easy-going. His stunning golden eyes just add to his charm. As a laid-back companion, Finn enjoys running and playing in the yard, but he's equally content to relax by your side. He gets along well with dogs of all sizes in his foster home and would thrive with another playful pooch to keep him company. Though heโ€™s good with cats, he feels that toddlers compete for adult attention and might show jealousy; therefore, he would be happier in a home without young children. Finn is house trained, crate trained, walks perfectly on a leash, and loves car rides. All of his vet care is up to date, and he has been neutered. If youโ€™re looking for a loyal buddy, Finn could be the perfect match for you. Ready to make Finn a part of your life? Click apply to start the adoption process.
