About Tate
Start your journey together! Apply now. Meet Tate! Tate is a spirited 2-year-old with energy to spare. This enthusiastic guy is always on the go and will thrive with an experienced handler who can provide him with the structure, training, and plenty of exercise he craves. While he hasn't yet had someone dedicate the time to teach him proper manners, he is eager to learn and responds well when given guidance and support. Tate has enjoyed a stay in a foster home, where he showed just how much he loves to be part of a family environment. Housebroken and crate trained, Tate finds joy in snuggling up with his humans as much as he does playing with his favorite toys. He’s always up for a nice walk, but is just as content lounging on the couch for some downtime. Super smart and motivated by direction, Tate is a quick learner and ready to make you proud. As a special bonus, Tate is eligible for up to three in-home training sessions after adoption, led by someone familiar with his personality and training needs. These sessions will help make the transition smoother for both you and Tate, setting everyone up for success. Fun fact: With a birthday of February 23, Tate is a Pisces—meaning he’s bound to bring loyalty and a deep bond to his forever family! Make their next chapter their best one yet.
