Zoey is a beautiful 5-year-old Pembroke Corgi looking for a loving home after a challenging time with her mom's health. Her mother, who has been fighting cancer, wants nothing more than for Zoey to find a family that can offer her the love, walks, and care she deserves. At 28 pounds, Zoey has gained a bit of weight during this tough period, so she will benefit from regular exercise and monitored portions of food. Affectionate and sociable, she enjoys the company of people and generally gets along with other dogs, though she prefers they don’t rush into her space. Zoey is housebroken and loves to curl up on the sofa with you, ready to snuggle. She’s spayed, vaccinated, and microchipped, ready for her next adventure. Zoey is adjusting to the idea of moving, and we’re seeking a patient family who can help her settle into her new routine. Every animal deserves a happy ending. This one starts with you.
