About Finch
Finch is a charming Black and Tan Coonhound/Lab mix puppy who recently joined the world as one of eleven pups born to Birdie, a stray taken in by our rescue. Now around 6 and a half weeks old, he’s still finding his place in the world. Finch can be a bit shy initially, preferring to observe new situations before engaging. This cautious approach allows his sweet and playful personality to shine through as he gains confidence. Currently fostered in Dysart, IA, Finch thrives in a supportive environment. A patient family eager to introduce him gradually to new experiences will see him blossom. Early socialization with children and pets is a wonderful opportunity at this stage of his development. While Finch is up-to-date on vaccinations and still needs to be neutered, he will be adopted under a neuter contract with a $500 fee, of which $100 will be reimbursed once he is fixed. If you're looking to add a loving and gentle companion to your home, Finch could be the one for you. Ready to meet your new best friend? Apply now!
