Rescued from a hoarding situation where she faced hardships and had multiple litters, those difficult days are now behind her. Hope is blossoming in her foster home near Dysart, IA, and she’s ready to bring joy and companionship to her forever family. Hope adores the outdoors. Whether she’s happily chewing on a bone or soaking up the sun, she’s truly in her element. After a good playtime romp, there’s nothing she loves more than to snuggle up and bask in affection from her humans. This smart girl is crate trained and diligently working on her potty training. She’s learning how to walk on a leash and picking up basic commands impressively. With her gentle demeanor, she’s particularly sweet with children and brings a silly personality, making it hard not to smile when she’s around. Currently, Hope is heartworm positive, but she’s a warrior on the mend, completing her treatment and on track to be heartworm negative soon.
