About Talon
Meet Talon, a delightful Black and Tan Coonhound/Labrador mix puppy, currently fostering near Waterloo, Iowa. He’s one of eleven puppies born to Birdie, a stray who found her way to our care. Talon has a wonderful sweet demeanor, often showcasing his cuddly nature. This gentle boy thrives on affection and loves being close to his humans. At just around 6.5 weeks old, he is still developing his unique personality but is already a strong contender for the title of cuddle bug. Like all puppies, he has a lively spirit and will require a dedicated adopter ready to invest time in training. While he has started the potty-training process, keep in mind that he may not yet be fully house trained. Introducing him to children and other pets early on is vital for his growth. Talon will be adopted with a neuter contract; his adoption fee is $500, with $100 refundable upon proof of neuter. He is up-to-date on vaccinations, dewormed, microchipped, and on monthly preventatives. For those ready to give Talon a loving home, please fill out the adoption application.
