About Sweetie
Sweetie is a delightful baby girl who arrived at the rescue with her three siblings after being surrendered by a caring family. They recognized that they couldn't provide the best life for them due to financial constraints. Sweetie is a lively little pup, currently weighing around 6.1 pounds and estimated to be 7 weeks old. We believe she has a mix of Australian Cattle Dog and Shepherd in her, and given her mid-sized mother, expect her to grow into a lovely medium-sized companion. As a young puppy, Sweetie is still getting the hang of potty training, though she understands that outside is the place to play. Adopters should be committed to providing her with ample socialization opportunities, which are crucial in these formative months. Exposure to different environments and other dogs will really help her develop good skills for interacting with both people and canines. Regular playdates and trips to the pet store will help her thrive. Sweetie is up to date with her vaccinations and has been vet-checked, but sheβll need a couple more shots and a rabies vaccination soon after adoption. Her spay surgery is covered by the adoption fee at the PUP clinic, but must occur by six months of age. If youβre ready for a commitment to play, learn, and grow with a puppy, Sweetie is waiting for you. She can be seen now, ready to find her forever family after October 9. Call 651-645-4370 between 7:00 am and 9:30 pm to discuss bringing her home.
